Before refund, we must check the genuine of the reason for your dissatisfaction. Before availing our services and sales, we advise our customers, kindly clarifying your doubts over phone or email. Our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy details are as follows:

• For cancellation purposes, send the details to our email id: info@shanlax.com.
• The customer must give cancellation requests only who ordered the service or sales.
• Cancellation request time does not exceed more than two working days after the dispatch time.
• After getting your details through our email ID, we will get back to you within two business days.

If the customer is not completely satisfied with our product or service, we will refund the amount. We don’t entertain cash refund.
If payment is made by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name, payments will be made to the same account initiated after 5 working days.

For now, Shanlax Emart provide services to India only.
We provide shipping after the 5 days of the order placed.
For the orders fewer than 200 copies, will be delivered between 7 to 12 days.
For the orders over 200 copies, will be delivered between 10 to 20 days.
